Q: What is the minimum spend requirement for wholesale orders?

A: £150, excluding any shipping and promo discounts

Q: What are your pack sizes?

A: All products are sold in multiples of 6 units. The price you see on the listings, is the price for a pack of 6, including 20% VAT

Q: Do you offer any extra discount for larger orders?

A: Yes! Spend £400, and the cart will automatically deduct a further 5%. Please email us if you require larger volume to discuss

Q: Do you offer custom products bespoke to my needs?

A: Absolutely! This is something we specialise in behind the scenes. If you are ordering 2000 units of a single product, we can happily work with you on a product or product range. All our products are made in house with our own certification and we can guide you through the process to bring something totally unique and bespoke to and your business. Please drop us an email to discuss further.

Q: What are your shipping rates?

A: We use Parcelforce Express24. This is £10 flat rate for all web orders, with custom orders to be quoted dependant on order volume and location. Shipping is FREE if spending £250+

Q: How are your products packaged?

A: Potted products, such as whipped soaps and body scrubs, are in a PET plastic pot. Bath Bombs, soap sponges and similar are in recyclable shrink wrap.

Q: What are your labelling options?

A: The products come with fully compliant, ready to sell labels. For the potted products, they are full colour and eye catching, but do not have our branding on. Soap sponges and bath bombs are a simpler black and white ingredients label, still with all relevant legal info and usage instructions. Our business name is only listed in the fine print on the back of the label for legal compliance. We currently do not offer additional private labelling options to keep things simple. You are welcome to attach your business logo to the product elsewhere.
